Chloe look like she was running to help the other two and was transformed in mid stride about to draw her blade. Thus the reason she need a stand to remain upright as she no longer able to stand properly on her own

Shirley had her skirt blow upward and while she was trying to push it downard. Her attention was grabbed and before she realized it she was statue of solid stone.

Look like Norma the renowned world-class treasure hunter made a rookie mistake and is now going to pay for by being a statue on display from now on.

And the funny part is: that in the game Norma actually almost fell to a trap that could have left her petrified due to a rookie mistake
